1About CardArt

CardArt (cardart.cc) is a community gallery where people share, browse and download Apple Wallet card art. The images can be used with third-party tools such as AirCard and AirCard-iOS to change how cards look in Wallet on your own device.

CardArt is an independent project. It isn’t affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Apple Inc. or the authors of AirCard and AirCard-iOS. Apple, Apple Pay, Apple Wallet and iPhone are trademarks of Apple Inc.

2Accepting these terms

By accessing or using CardArt, you agree to these terms, our Privacy Policy and our Copyright & Takedown policy. If you don’t agree, please don’t use CardArt.

You must be at least 13 years old and old enough to agree to these terms where you live (whichever is higher). Otherwise, please use CardArt only with a parent’s or guardian’s permission.

3Your account

• You can sign in with Google or Apple. Browsing and downloading don’t require an account; uploading, liking, commenting and reporting do.
• Keep your Google or Apple account secure — you’re responsible for activity on your CardArt account. If you think it’s been compromised, tell us right away.
• Your handle must not impersonate anyone or any organization, and must not be offensive.
• You can delete your account at any time in Settings.

4Your content

The card art you upload, along with titles, descriptions, tags and comments (“your content”), remains yours or its original rights holder’s.

By uploading, you give CardArt a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to store, copy, process (for example resize, convert and strip metadata), display and distribute your content in order to run CardArt, and to let other users download and use it as these terms allow. The license ends when you delete the content or your account, except for copies others have already downloaded, short-term backups and records we must keep by law.

You confirm that you own or have permission for everything you upload, and that your content doesn’t break these terms or the law. If you make fan art, please read the Copyright & Takedown policy first.

5Acceptable use

Please don’t upload or post:

• sexual or sexually suggestive content, or anything that sexualizes minors;
• content that promotes hate, discrimination, harassment or violence;
• real card numbers, expiry dates, CVVs, ID numbers, real names, addresses or other personal data, or scannable payment QR codes;
• content that impersonates a person, organization or official source, or that could be mistaken for an officially issued card;
• content that infringes someone else’s copyright, trademark or other rights;
• spam, ads, fake engagement, or content unrelated to card art;
• malware, phishing links or anything else illegal.

Also, please don’t bypass or interfere with our security measures or rate limits, scrape, download or upload in bulk with automated tools, use someone else’s account, or disrupt other people’s use of CardArt.

6Downloading and using card art

Unless the creator says otherwise, art downloaded from CardArt is for your personal, non-commercial use — such as putting it in your own Apple Wallet. Without the creator’s permission, please don’t resell it, republish it elsewhere, print it on physical cards or use it commercially.

If a creator grants broader permission in the card’s description, their terms apply.

7Trademarks and logos

Names and logos of banks, issuers, card networks (such as Visa, Mastercard, UnionPay and JCB) and transit cards that appear in card art belong to their owners. They appear on CardArt only to identify which card a design is for, and don’t imply any affiliation with, or endorsement or sponsorship by, those organizations.

8AirCard and your device

AirCard and AirCard-iOS are open-source tools made by third parties. CardArt doesn’t build or maintain them and makes no promises about them. They change local files on your device through a system mechanism that Apple doesn’t support.

• Back up your data and save your cards’ original art before you start.
• iOS updates may revert custom art or stop the tools from working for a while.
• Only download the tools from their official repositories.
• You use these tools at your own risk.

Our guides are for reference only and may not cover every device or iOS version.

9Moderation and removal

To keep the community safe, uploads and comments are first checked automatically by an AI model, and borderline items go to a human moderator. We may reject, hide or remove content that we believe breaks these terms, infringes someone’s rights or creates risk, without necessarily giving notice first.

If your work is rejected or removed, you’ll be notified. If you think we got it wrong, email hello@cardart.cc to appeal. Automated review can make mistakes, and we’ll fix them as quickly as we can.

Anyone can flag a problem using the Report button on cards, comments and profiles.

10Suspension and termination

You can stop using CardArt at any time and delete your account in Settings.

If you break these terms, repeatedly infringe or abuse the service, we may limit features or suspend or permanently disable your account — without notice where the situation is serious or the law requires it.

We may also change, pause or discontinue all or part of CardArt. If we decide to shut it down, we’ll try to give advance notice.

11Disclaimers

CardArt is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the fullest extent the law allows, we don’t promise that it will always be available or error-free, or that any content is accurate or fit for a particular purpose. User content is the uploader’s responsibility and doesn’t reflect CardArt’s views.

12Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, CardArt and its operators aren’t liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses — including lost data or device problems — arising from using or being unable to use CardArt, using third-party tools such as AirCard, or relying on any content.

CardArt is a free service. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that can’t be excluded or limited by law.

13Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time and will change the “Last updated” date when we do. We’ll announce significant changes on the site in advance. If you keep using CardArt after an update, you accept the new terms.
