Restore the original art

Want the issuer’s original design back? There are two ways.

Steps

  1. Step 1: Back up before you change

    Recent versions of AirCard for Mac can read and export a card’s current artwork. Save a copy first so you can flash it back later.

  2. Step 2: Re-add the card

    Without a backup, remove the card from Wallet and add it again — iOS downloads the issuer’s official artwork again.

    ImportantFor transit cards (Suica, PASMO, T-Union…), check how the balance and passes are handled before removing — some cards need a transfer or top-up afterwards.

  3. Step 3: After an iOS update

    An iOS update or a Wallet cache refresh may revert custom art. Just flash it again.

  4. Done

    Follow the steps above and you’re all set.
